If your product is being dispatched directly from one of our partner suppliers, that company will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time.
All efforts will be made to complete the delivery. If the parcels cannot be delivered, the delivery company will leave a note to arrange a new delivery time.
We reserve the right to levy an additional charge for re-deliveries.
If the second delivery is unsuccessful our standard course of action is to cancel the order and make a full refund excluding delivery charges.
